involves breaks.  Like say you get to a tough point in your code and you need to think about it for awhile.  You need to let the options sink in.  You may make up a new pointless trick with the dog.

See, he was supposed to do this.  This is the thing.

But the first time I recorded he did this.

What a weirdo.  But he keeps me entertained.
